PAYMENT & ORDERS

We accept Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. 

You will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once we have shipped your order, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing all your tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery with Australia Post.

Remember to check your spam/junk folders as sometimes the emails can end up there. If for any reason you don’t receive these emails please get in contact with us via hello@zestee.com.au and we will be happy to resend them to you.

We work hard to process orders quickly so our customers can receive them as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. Please ensure you review all details before completing the checkout process.

ZESTEE BLENDER

25cm (height) x 8cm (width) and weighs 720 grams. It easily fits into your bag and won’t take up too much space in the kitchen or office.

It holds 450ml.

Our cup is made from premium borosilicate glass which is strong, non-toxic and dishwasher safe.

Absolutely. All Zestee products are manufactured with 100% BPA-free food grade materials and within Australian product safety and compliance standards.

Yes. To achieve the best result, make sure the pieces aren’t too big and always blend them with enough liquid. Why not check out our Zestee Ice Tray which has the perfect ice cube size for our blender.

No. Please do not blend any hot ingredients or liquids. They can create pressure build up in the cup which could explode and cause injury. Blend ingredients cold or at room temperature, then pour them into a separate bowl or cup to heat.

You can expect to make up to 20 blends before the battery will run out. It takes approximately 4 hours to fully recharge. We recommend regularly charging to keep the battery power as high as possible for blending.

Simply plug the provided USB cable into any USB port. You can use a mobile phone charger, computer, laptop or power bank. Each Zestee Blender is supplied with a USB cable but please note we do not include a plug adapter for the wall.

USB-C.

Our USB-C charging port is conveniently located on the front of the blender main base. The port is protected from water and other liquids by a silicone cover.

No, the inbuilt safety features do not allow the blender to be used whilst charging.

We don’t think so. It depends on what you are trying to blend and how hard the motor is having to work. It’s normally a soft buzzing sound when blending fruits and liquids whereas the noise increases with harder ingredients like ice.

It’s easy! Simply fill the cup half way with water, add a drop or two of dishwashing liquid and blend. Rinse and repeat until clean.

Please note - The base of the Zestee Blender contains electrical components, so be sure to avoid water getting into the base.

No, it should not be placed in a fridge due to potential damage to the electrical components contained in the main base.

Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. We recommend leaving the lid loose or completely off rather than tightly closed so that any residual water can evaporate.

We are based in Perth and all orders are processed, packed and shipped from our Perth office.

Currently we do not ship outside of Australia, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.

We totally understand you are excited to receive your Zestee purchase, which is why we are committed to dispatching all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard - arrives in 3-10 business days
$20 EXPRESS - arrives in 1-5 business days

Unfortunately were unable to guarantee a delivery time as this may vary for a multitude of reasons beyond our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing all your tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery. Australia Post will also send you an email letting you know your delivery from Zestee is on its way.

If you have problems tracking the parcel, or the parcel seems to be very slow in delivery then please get in touch with Australia Post in the first instance. If they are unable to resolve the issue, then contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We're sorry to hear you received a damaged item. Please contact us via email at hello@zestee.com.au and include the following information:

• Your name
• Order number
• Photo that shows the damage as clearly as possible
• Description of the damage

We will then get back to you with an appropriate solution.
Please do not send your damaged item back to us until we advise what to do.

Zestee does not accept any responsibility for incorrect details, nor can we issue refunds for items potentially lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.
