Shipping & Delivery

Zestee only ships within Australia, we hope to expand internationally in the near future.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard tracked shipping for all orders.

• $15 Express tracked shipping option is available for all orders.

Processing Your Order

• All orders are processed, packed and shipped from our Perth office Monday to Friday, excluding national and Western Australian public holidays.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Timelines

• Free Standard - arrives in 3-10 business days.

• $15 Express - arrives in 1-5 business days.

• Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery time as this may vary for a multitude of reasons beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing all of your tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.

• Australia Post will also send you an email letting you know your parcel from Zestee is on its way.

• If you have problems tracking the parcel, or the parcel seems to be very slow in delivery then please get in touch with Australia Post in the first instance.

• If they are unable to resolve the issue, then contact us and we will do our best to assist.

• All parcels are marked "Authority to Leave" in an effort to minimise contact in accordance with official COVID-19 guidelines. The Australia Post delivery driver will leave the parcel in a safe place if possible, otherwise they will leave a card to advise where your parcel can be collected from.

Order Changes & Cancellation

• We work hard to process orders quickly so our customers can receive them as soon as possible.

• Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please ensure you review all details before completing the checkout process.

Additional Information

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Once you place your order, the order is final and no changes can be made. Zestee does not accept responsibility for incorrect details, nor can we issue refunds for items potentially lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.
